Each virtual space is tailor-made to delight and engage your attendees. The elements of each space (size, layout, decor, function) are fully customizable to enrich your event and experience. Gather space can include every type of event space from meeting and conference rooms, networking spaces, lounges, to a beachside bar and much more. From Board meetings and networking events to outdoor socials and game nights, it’s all possible with Gather.
As you would with an in-person event, Gather spaces can include elements like room and directional signage, Sponsorship booths, and meeting facilitation essentials like whiteboards and video integration with services like YouTube, Vimeo and Twitch.
Scale
Gather space can be scaled from 10 to 5000+ simultaneous visitors.
Technology integration
Gather space integrates with Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, Teams and other platforms.
More advanced interactive features like embedded web pages and synced TVs, among others, can be added as well.
Security
Security for any virtual event is of utmost concern. Gather space enables moderators to install multi-level security features to ensure every session is secure. Space can be password protected to restrict access. You can whitelist attendees by providing emails. Users can be restricted from entering certain spaces when not in use. Moderators can also block or ban users from private use only spaces.
